Is Silhouette Soft Safe?

Dr. DeChiara, reknown Plastic Surgeon, in Mount Kisco, NY highly recommends the Silhouette Soft for patients with mild to moderate skin laxity.  In a painless procedure (administered with local anesthetics) threads are used to suspend the cheeks in a higher position than before.  The result is a tighter, smoother, more lifted cheek profile, with less nasio-labial folds.  The Silhouette Soft Lift is a popular choice among patients because it has little downtime, is not an obvious or dramatic change and shaves years off your face without changing it or puffing it out.  Another great feature of this treatment is the promotion of new collagen production, which is key in any anti-aging treatment for long lasting results.

Made in the USA:Silhouette Soft is made in the USA and is subject to numerous sanitary controls.

Several years of use worldwide:

Silhouette Soft has been developed after 6 years of research in permanent suspension sutures with cones used in plastic and reconstructive surgery.

Three years after its launch in 2013, more than 130 000 treatments have been performed in over 60 countries, where it met with great success.

It is EC approved for the European market under CE 0499 and the manufacturing site complies with the requirements of international standards ISO 13485.

A fully re-absorbable and biocompatible component, which has proven its worth in various medical fields:

The main component of Silhouette Soft – Poly L- lactic acid (or PLLA) – has been used for many years in various pharmaceutical and medical applications such as suture thread, orthopedic pins, screws and nails for bone fractures, etc.
